- One letter of recommendation from one of the following: Faculty member from your academic institution on university letterhead OR community leader, volunteer supervisor, or employer
- Most recent official college transcript

Our First Annual JC Sunshine Award Recipient
We are so excited to announce Delani Daubman as our first annual "Jordyn Clark Sunsine Award" winner. Delani's honesty, vulnerability, and passion for mental health awareness resonated with our selection committee, and we felt that her essay reflected Jordyn's light and love in many ways. We look forward to having Delani join our Foundation in a special way as our first annual recipient!
